Sitting Bull was a tribu boss,who face to the americans. We can compare this character with our native heroes, such as: Lautaro, Galvarino or Caupolican. This heroes are the base of our actual power and resistance, in order to show to the strange ( Americans or spanish) that they always have been living and loving the their earth.
Sitting Bull directed a big number of natives against the americans; the important things is that they are fought a dificult and injustice war, I mean the americans had weapons pretty diferent to natives weapons. Finally Sitting bull won the Battle of "little big Horn", Thanks to this event This character is one of the most recognize boos in USA. We had the same experience with lautaro, and nowadays the mapuches continue his war to show us that they never will give up.
In conclusion we should learn about our roots. And the most important we have to learn how live in peace with the diferents culture, so the movements and strikes that my classmate did is a great step to finally live in respectful.
